During McNulty’s tenure at ICE, the agency has become more like a social services agency for illegal immigrants instead of one that upholds the law and protects our nation’s borders. During her tenure at ICE under the Biden Administration, the agency has reduced enforcement programs and detention, while expanding social services programs run by Abolish ICE groups[1] and awarding contracts that strictly prohibit tracking the whereabouts of illegal aliens, opting instead for a phone-call to check in with ICE every few months.[2]
